Reflections on Green River: The Letters of, and Conversations with, Ted Bundy

Sara A. Survivor
4.9/5 (17307 ratings)
Description:Reflections on Green River is a collection of actual documents related to the interviews that took place between WA State authorities in 1984 and 1988 that were released to me after years of coming forward. These documents in the book were from original letters written by Ted Bundy himself [and not transcriptions, but the originals which are now in my possession] as well as the original recordings of the interview in 1984 and a police transcription of the interview of 1988, all of which I put into the book. What this book does is refute the narrative that has been put out about these interviews over the years by WA State authorities and specifically by Robert Keppel. The in person interview with Bundy was NOT antagonistic and Keppel flew down there with information specifically to ask Bundy about. This alone isn't cause for concern but when combined with a multitude of other misstatements and lies about that time period it causes great concern for the accuracy of the investigation and the underlying motive for the public lies. There are references here by Bundy in the 1984 interview to improper conduct by some aspects of the investigation and there are references in here of critical documents that were never factored into the understanding of those years. Bundy also talks about "unusual blood loss" and whether they found any in the victims found. Keppel never questions him about it but Keppel knew, as he was briefed, that Bundy's victims in Utah showed that unusual blood loss....so why did he let it slip by? The 1988 interview is not about Bundy teaching Keppel how to interview a serial killer as Keppel claims in "Riverman" but instead Keppel sneaks over there [his words] to have Bundy help him develop questionnaires. Were these the questionnaires used in the HITS program? It may seem like individually these discrepancies are not a big deal but when you add all the misstatements by authorities together about the Bundy cases in WA State you get a much different picture than what has been put forward as "truth".As someone who survived Bundy and was repeatedly kidnapped and drugged and assaulted by him [and again, my memories are time and date stamped over 20 years and they contain details never released and which were in that sealed area] and who has been silenced by law enforcement --even going so far as to try and discredit me, through manipulation tactics and defamation, it is vitally important to me to get the public's attention focused on opening these cases up and making Keppel and others who helped him back then and currently held accountable for what happened to the evidence and to hiding evidence - that's interfering in a murder investigation which by statute does not close until solved. They found victim skeletal remains on Taylor Mountain, they found clothing, weapons, and so on.... and they found at least 1-2 girls besides Ott and Naslund at Issaquah and at least 1 additional girl at Taylor Mountain whose skeletal remains did not match the skeletons of those found. That means there were unknown victims at both of those sites. And while WA State and FBI admit that Ted killed three victims in WA State that are "unknown" they make it sound like they have no idea who these girls were or where they might be - the truth is [and proven by the records]: those girls were found and they destroyed the evidence [per internal memo] and they essentially threw them away. There is even an internal memo to the effect of destroying evidence [they refer to it as "crime scene junk"].To me that's a crime or should be. I am going to start a Go Fund Me to try and hire an attorney to hold those responsible accountable for what happened. Hiding evidence in a sealed area is consciousness of guilt, spoilation of evidence, and that is viewed as corruption. Internal memos show evidence was moved into a sealed area for an intended time of 75 years. That is the length of time of a generation and a copyright. Were they hoping by then no one would care? Is that why my coming forward as a survivor which would have opened up cases threatening to them? Why all of this was released to me I don't know but it was and it was done via legal requests and channels. I am a fighter and I have been fighting this battle with WA State now for years but I need public support and awareness to finally bring justice not only to me but to the families of girls still missing and to prevent this from ever happening again. I do not want WA State to get away with it - it is a violation of everything the justice system stands for. As the years have gone on, my healing from all that happened has made me stronger and I am much better able to articulate not only what happened to me back then than I used to be, but also to integrate all that they conspired to hide from the public that was critical to the cases of Ted Bundy in WA State. When you read this book understand that this evidence was in the seal...We have made it easy for you to find a PDF Ebooks without any digging.
